You have strong daily business operation skills including payroll, financial management and budgeting. You will have a strong background in sound recruitment, policy development and team-building. You will have a proven record in ensuring the highest quality of care and education for all children and families that excels I all areas of the EYLF & NQS frameworks. The Role

A not-for-profit community association are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated Director of its bilingual childcare centre in Canberra’s south. The successful candidate will be tasked with:

• Ensuring the effective financial and operational administration of the centre

Essential qualifications and attributes:

*5+ years’ experience in a similar role at a childcare centre in Australia, with strong staff management and leaderships skills

*Diploma-level childcare qualification recognised by ACECQA

*previous experience working in a bilingual childcare or education environment or leading a highly multicultural and multilingual centre.

*An ACECQA approved early childhood teacher (ECT) qualification
